NADIA BRUNER
FOUNDER & MANAGING MEMBER

Nadia is an education innovator with almost 20 years of experience in curriculum research and design, school leadership and teaching excellence. Her most recent roles were Creative Founder, Author and Associate Director of STEMscopes™ Secondary Curriculum Development and District Relations at the Rice University Center for Digital Learning and Scholarship as well as STEM consultant and advisor. Nadia entered the field of education as a Teach For America (TFA) corps member in Houston, Texas. Her teaching earned her Teacher of the Year and Outstanding Educator awards, recognition by Congressional proclamation from U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, and a proclamation of recognition from Texas State House Representative Jessica Farrar. Nadia has led in the creation of secondary campuses for Knowledge Is Power Program (KIPP) and Uplift Education, two of the highest performing charter networks in Texas. She has also served as an administrator in the Houston Independent School District, including the role of Assistant Principal at T.H. Rogers School, a top-rated Texas school and National Blue Ribbon School. Aside from her professional work, Nadia serves as an Advisory Board member and is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of DiscoverU, a nonprofit whose mission is to create fantastic learning opportunities for high school students from under-resourced communities. Nadia is a devoted momma and wife, proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., avid sports fanatic, culinary explorer, and design dreamer.

Tiffany washington
co-FOUNDER & MANAGING Director

Tiffany A. Washington is a state-certified school principal, published author, and business and education consultant. Her consultancy, Transformation7, provides training and workshop services to help educators and emerging entrepreneurs amplify their brand, accelerate their goals and achieve freedom in their respective industries. Her work has allowed her to keynote for multi-billion dollar companies such as Rolls Royce and Humana. Tiffany has also had the honor of presenting a TED Talk on the campus of the prestigious Rice University. Her fifteen years in leadership experience helped her hire over 400 people for the 25th annual ESSENCE Festival, one of the largest cultural festivals in the south. To top it off, Tiffany is a recurring guest expert on the CW and FOX networks. Outside of indulging in a coveted Sunday nap or catching up with friends and fellow members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, you can catch Tiffany organizing and developing the Suttle Freeman Learning Academy or dropping daily business tips across multiple social media platforms.

Shundra Cannon
Partner & Managing director, tutoring SERVICES

Shundra Cannon, M.Ed. is a visionary education and business professional who has worked in a variety of educational settings, including K-12, charter schools, educational leadership, leadership coach, and school start up and reform.  Her commitment and care to supporting, coaching, and developing teachers and leaders makes her an effective consultant and leader.  She has an extraordinary education and management background with a record of leadership success. She is a passionate educator who is committed to conceptualizing, executing, and communicating vision, training and development and focusing on achievements of determined goals. She has a proven track record of success of working with students, teachers, and school leaders. Shundra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Hampton University and a Masters of School Administration and Mid-Management from the University of Houston.  She has served in education for the past twenty-five years, from teaching students to mentoring and providing professional development for teachers and school leaders.  She was a 1995 Teach For America Corp Member, where she taught 4th and 6th grade at J.C. McDade Elementary for six years.  After which she joined the Houston ISD Principal’s Academy and served in an Administrative role for several years. She has received several professional awards and accomplishments including Teacher of the Year and the ACP Teacher of the year for the state of Texas.  She has served on many professional committees and boards in developing and implementing school reform and development. Mrs. Cannon has made education her lifelong work and strives to ensure student success.
